Satisfactory
First off everyone at the company was super friendly. The movers that showed up to pack our belongings were fast and efficient. No problems there. The gentlemen that showed up to unload our belongings into our new house were very nice. Understaffed, only 2 guys. The moving trucks were old and dirty plus they were 5 hours late from scheduled show up time. No communication. We helped them move our things into our house so they would not be here till 10pm at night. It looked like our belongings were Thrown into the trucks and boxes were ripped and even though they say FRAGILE wrote all over the boxed they were still caved in and ripped. Some of our glass was broken. I understand there is a work force shortage in the United States but when you pay for a service to take care of your personnel items then it should be completed in a professional manner. I do give thanks to the 2 men that moved us in, they were very nice and I understand they are trying to make a living like everyone else. My suggestion to Upline, be more organized and professional.
