We had Upline move us from Sonoma County to their storage facility in Hayward then months later, to our home in Alamo. When they delivered, to our home two Restoration Hardware formal chairs, and 1 RH lamp valued at $3800 each, were missing. We keep getting the same response from the management team; the warehouse manager is looking for the items but then no return calls. We finally escalated to the manager (John) who said he would personally look into the matter and call back in a few hours. That also has not happened. It appears for certain now that our property was stolen from their facility and they refuse to take responsibility. We were present and watched the chairs loaded on the truck so they had to make the warehouse or were stolen in route, We and they both have photographs of these pieces as well as on the inventory documents.
