This company lies to you and disregards their own contract/guaranteed delivery dates - use caution if you have a tight timeline (like a full week). We contacted them to hold them accountable to the delivery date, as we had no information from them on what time they were to arrive. In doing so we found out they were not arriving on the guaranteed delivery date, but two days later. Dale and Bobby provided a guaranteed delivery date, onsite and through the entire contracting process, when we were working on the front end of the move. We even pushed up our move out date to another state, by a full week, to get our items to us in another state by the guaranteed date, regardless they were still two days late to arrive to return our items to us. When we called, we spoke with Jon, the sales manager, who apparently runs the company, as he himself stated you can't speak to his manager as he is the CEO of the company and there is no one above him. This makes zero sense that the sales manager is handling logistics and leading the company without a boss above him but the CEO, but regardless, he was nothing but unhelpful, disrespectful, and condescending - especially towards me (a woman) when I called after he spoke to only my husband prior to our interaction. He was arrogant and rude from call one, didn't care that his team was late at all and withholding our belongings by not unloading or starting the process of unloading while my husband was getting the check for them.
